Overview

Myelofibrosis treatment may include a range of medications to help manage symptoms, improve blood cell counts, and slow disease progression. Targeted therapies known as JAK inhibitors are the main disease-modifying treatments for people with myelofibrosis, although other medications may be used to address anemia, an enlarged spleen, or other complications.
